Terms of Service

We build a website preview for your business and share it with you through a private link. The preview is free, and you are under no obligation to buy anything.

The preview is not published or indexed publicly until you choose to launch it.

If you’d like the site to go live, you choose a paid plan. The price for your site is agreed with you before any payment is made. Plans and what they include are listed on our pricing section and may change over time; the price you agreed stays fixed for your order.

Domain registration is billed at cost, without markup, and is registered for your business.

You confirm that you have the right to use the business information, logos and photos you send us, and you remain the owner of them.

Once your site is launched and paid for, the website content created for your business is yours to use.

If you choose a plan with ongoing care, it continues month to month for the agreed fee until you ask us to stop. Details of what’s included are shared with you when you sign up.

We set your site up to be found — domain connection, search indexing submission and Google Business Profile linking — but search engines decide rankings, so we can’t guarantee a particular position in search results.

We may decline to build or host a site for content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.
