• Your contact details — name, phone number and email address
• Your preferences — requested pages, preferred style or colours, and how you heard about us
• Any logo or photos you choose to upload

We don’t ask for payment details on this website.

• To contact you about your website request
• To design and build your free website preview
• To launch your site on your domain and set up search indexing, Google Business Profile linking and your contact form, if you choose a paid plan
• To provide support and any ongoing care you sign up for

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Logos and photos you upload are stored privately and are only used to build your website. They are viewable only by our team through our signed-in admin panel.

We use trusted providers to run this service — for example website hosting, database and file storage, and email or WhatsApp to communicate with you. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us.

We keep your request for as long as needed to build, launch and support your website, and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by emailing crixtechnology@gmail.com. We’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

The public website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser, and our admin panel uses a sign-in cookie for our own team.
